GMAR's Global Initiative's mission is to support GMAR members who participate or are interested in conducting business in global markets. We provide education and networking activities by helping establish fruitful business partnerships worldwide. We actively promote the Metro Detroit area as a global destination and foster strong relationships with local organizations representing diverse, ethnic, and cultural communities throughout the region.

    • Certified International Property Specialist Designation (CIPS)
      • Global real estate opportunities are everywhere. People move to the U.S. from other countries every day, and foreign-born individuals residing in the U.S. move to new markets.     Once you complete all 5 courses, you can apply for your CIPS designation,* the only international designation recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®.
