The REALTOR® of the Year award honors a REALTOR® member for civic and association activity at the local, state, and national levels, business, and educational experience and member spirit. Recipients exhibit high professional competence and faithfulness to real estate principles, laws, and regulations outlined in the Code of Ethics.
The REALTOR® of the Year award is the highest honor bestowed upon a member each year. It stands for integrity, individual achievement, and perhaps the greatest compliment: recognition from peers in the real estate industry.
Nominations must be received no later than May 31 for current GMAR members to be considered for the award.
The REALTOR® Active in Politics award honors a REALTOR® member who has contributed substantially to the REALTOR® Party. Recipients are leaders in the political arena who generously provide their time and resources to further political causes that support the real estate industry.

The Strategic Partner of the Year award is the highest honor a Strategic Partner Member can receive from GMAR. As a GMAR member, you can nominate a Strategic Partner for the award. When thinking of the partner business you would like to nominate, consider the following.
The Greater Neighbor Award recognizes REALTORS® who have made an extraordinary impact on their community through volunteer work. The winner will be awarded at GMAR's Annual General Membership Meeting in November.
The recipient of Affiliate of the Year is selected from individuals nominated who advocate and expand the interest of REALTORS®, their profession, and the real estate community at large and fit a leadership position among peers and foster a spirit of camaraderie in the real estate community.
