Looking for a quick way to make searching in GreaterMLS more efficient? Default Searches allow you to save commonly used search criteria and automatically apply them whenever you start a search. If you find yourself repetitively click and unclicking fields like property type, or even Status, utilizing this feature can be very helpful.

One of the biggest advantages is that a Default Search doesn't just populate the fields you use, prefer, it will also populate your preferred values. So, if you frequently toggle on Active and Coming Soon, Single Family Residences in a particular City, those items can already be in place when you start a new Search. It's a small feature that can make a big difference. 

How to Use it: 

Simply Create a New Search, add your desired Criteria, and then Click Save, and Select Save as Default Search. Every time you start a new search you will begin with your Default Search Criteria.
