NOTE:
You do not need to send proof of CE to the Department unless you are being audited and have been asked to submit the information. The Department will view your CE Marketplace profile for compliance review.
Realtor Members: Code of Ethics course completion should be reported to your local association for the period ending 12/31/2021.
Please note the Code of Ethics requirement is solely for Realtor® members and not a requirement for licensure in Michigan, separate from the mandatory 2 hours legal CE requirement each year.
