In today’s uniquely competitive market, buyers are using several different strategies to make their offers stand out against all others. As a result, Michigan Realtors® has developed a form designed to help Realtors® educate and ensure that clients make informed decisions.

Specifically, the new form allows the Buyer to acknowledge and accept the risks associated with waiving an inspection, agreeing to a nonrefundable earnest money deposit, and/or providing an appraisal guaranty.
