GMAR recently announced a partnership with Southfield to provide grant dollars to restore the former Northland Mall Art Collection pieces.

On Monday, August 12, 2019, the two came together, and GMAR presented a check to The Michigan State Police for $15,725 – covering the balance of the Trooper Recruit School’s sponsorship.

This year, GMAR was fortunate to award numerous high school students with scholarships. Please help us send a big congratulations to the 2019 GMAR Realtor® Scholarship Awardees.

Over the past three years, the GMAR community has raised nearly $100,000, for GAMSD which has gone towards training three medical service dogs paired with three Michigan veterans.

Over the last few years, volunteers from GMAR and their children, friends, and family members spent many hours helping to better REALTOR® Park for community members.

GMAR's annual Give Thanks annual event is the culmination of the Association's fund-raising efforts for the year. This year, GMAR members raised $30,000 for Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs.

GMAR recently awarded The Good Neighbors Garden with a placemaking grant of $850.

The Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors® (GMAR) recently awarded Waterford Township with a placemaking grant of $3,600.

GMAR recently awarded Avalon Village and In Memory of Community Garden with two placemaking grants totaling $3,000 towards expanding the Village’s Goddess Marketplace & installing new flower beds.

Realtors® and their affiliate partners of GMAR gathered at Realtor Park in Royal Oak this past Friday, June 2, to perform their annual renovations to the park.
