A Message from Our President, Dennis Kozak

Advocacy and Its Importance at GMAR

Advocacy is at the heart of everything we do at GMAR. I have seen firsthand how critical our efforts are in shaping a positive environment for our members and their clients to conduct business in. Our advocacy work is essential in ensuring that the rights of property owners are protected and that our communities can flourish without unnecessary barriers.

We encourage our members to get involved in any way they can by donating to RPAC, attending advocacy events, joining a committee, or simply showing up to vote in elections. It is through our collective effort that we can achieve the greatest results. By standing together, we amplify our voice and strengthen our influence.

Advocacy at GMAR is not simply about politics, it is about ensuring that the real estate industry continues to thrive and that property ownership is a dream everyone can strive for. Our advocacy work is vital to this mission and I am proud to lead an organization so dedicated to this cause.

RPAC Supports You, the REALTOR®

At GMAR, we are committed to advocating for the interests of you and your clients. Our mission is to safeguard private property rights and promote a healthy real estate market within thriving communities. By building strong relationships with key policymakers and legislators, we ensure that the perspectives and needs of Realtors are considered in legislative decisions.

We believe it is essential for our elected representatives to understand the challenges and opportunities in the real estate market. By uniting our voices through GMAR’s advocacy, we effectively communicate the importance of the issues that matter most and fight for the interests of Realtors, homeowners, and the future of the real estate industry.
