GMAR Advocacy Update - Milford Real Estate Signs

GMAR recently wrote a letter to the Milford Township Planning Commission concerning the updated sign ordinance that is being considered. GMAR is asking that the commission ensure that real estate signs are given appropriate definition and protection under the ordinance.

Under the current language, real estate signs would be considered "temporary signs" and only be permitted for 30 days. This language could severely burden REALTORS and how they conduct their business. We are asking that real estate signs be permitted for the duration of the transaction, ensuring REALTORS do not have to worry.
