REALTORS are required by NAR to complete 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training through their association (GMAR) every 2 years. The current 2-year period began January 1, 2019, and ends December 31, 2020.

GMAR offers an Online Webinar and in-person classes to fulfill this requirement. Also, many continuing education classes and all designation/certification classes GMAR offers include training for this requirement. Visit the Calendar hover over a class and click "More Info »" to see if a class meets NAR Code of Ethics requirement for 2.5 hours.

To check whether or not you've completed your Code of Ethics training requirement log into your Member Account, click "Education Records," then click "Personal Education Tracking."
