Are You Prepared? 

Realcomp will be retiring the LoneWolf suite of Transaction Management products (i.e., Instanet Forms, TransactionDesk, and Authentisign) as of September 30, 2021. Between now and then (or Labor Day, just to make sure you leave yourself plenty of time), it is important that you:

  • Obtain all your transaction files (i.e., transactions, signings not a part of your transactions, contacts, etc.) from the LoneWolf TransactionDeskTM system and save them to an alternative storage device to secure your access to that documentation for the future. TO GET STARTED, follow each step outlined in Realcomp's 7-STEP CHECKLIST for a Smooth Move!
  • Learn how to use the new Remine Docs+ Transaction Management system by attending at least one live training session, which will cover setting up your Remine Docs+ account, creating a transaction, using the e-signature portion of the program, and more. To register for the next available class, use the Class Scheduler module, which appears on your Realcomp dashboard. Then, begin using Docs+ for all of your Transaction Management needs.
  • Learn how to use the new Remine Add-Edit program to enter your listings into the Realcomp MLS system. This program will replace the existing RCO3® Listing Input program on 9/21/21 and will offer more RESO-compliant listing data fields for further describing your listings, more lookup value selections for doing the same, and some new and long-awaited photo upload/edit selections. Watch for more information to become available over the next few weeks about the new Remine Add-Edit tool.
